Episode delayed.

Hello, our loyal listeners, readers and viewers!

A few days ago, we installed some new software to improve the audio quality of our podcasts and other recordings. This technology from Nvidia has proven to be excellent in how it increases our sound quality. Unfortunately, it appears that the software packages that we used to record the audio are still tossing out an unusual error.

The release of episode 2 will be delayed on YouTube and bit chute due to incompatibility issues with the audio format. The release will be as scheduled on the audio-only podcasting platforms, so please feel free to check it out regardless.

We will be attempting to record a new audio file today and if possible, will have all the editing complete and uploaded. If we are unable to complete this work today, it will be uploaded Friday evening. Please accept our apologies for the delay.

How are you finding the new recording software? And what did you have before? I myself run a radio programme in Norwich, England, and I’m thinking about upgrading my set up.

    • I’d been using Adobe Audition for many years but for some reason, it tosses errors when converting to YouTube format. I’ll be trying Sound Forge later today on the advice from a friend who owns a local professional recording studio. If all else fails, AUdio Director is simple and works well.

Ah, okay, interesting. Thank you very much. Check out my show if you get a chance to, it would mean a lot.
